Skolkvalitet i Sverige AB is seeking an IT Coordinator responsible for all IT-related matters, including managing hardware and software, supporting and developing digital processes, administration, and learning environments within their schools.
Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar IT coordination role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and modern cloud-based ecosystems
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English
  • Strong communication skills, structured approach, flexible and solution-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and access to own car
Responsibilities:
  • Administer hardware, telephony, and software licenses
  • Conduct needs analysis, place orders, and follow up on IT solutions
  • Manage Microsoft 365 via Intune and Autopilot
  • Handle integrations with the Swedish National Agency for Education (Skolverket) and other school systems
  • Implement IT projects and configure networks, audiovisual equipment, and classroom installations
