Responsibilities:
  • Hold technical responsibility for one or more systems or system functions
  • Provide second-line support
  • Gain deep technical knowledge of systems architecture post-training
  • Have good understanding of database structures
  • Understand the business areas supported by the systems
  • Perform upgrades and system tests
  • Conduct troubleshooting
