Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience and training
  • At least a couple of years experience in operations/maintenance of IT systems, preferably data center/server operations
  • Experience in one or more of the following: server operations, storage solutions, backup, Linux and Windows Server operating systems, directory services (LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory), virtualization platforms like VMware or KVM
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining process-proximate IT/OT infrastructure for Vattenfall Vattenkraft
  • Troubleshooting existing distributed IT environments often via remote guidance
  • Building and configuring new IT/OT solutions
  • Collaborating closely within a team of ten people and across Vattenfall
  • Upholding high IT security standards
  • Possibly being on call after an introduction period
