Early career system developer role in a technically complex fintech environment working with full development process including analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. Work closely with business to meet internal and customer needs. Utilize core banking systems including Cobol and advanced SQL, as well as Java systems, dealing with complex integrations of new and legacy solutions. Supported by mentorship and tailored training programs.
Main requirements:
  • Early career with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • Interest in technology and programming
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • New development and maintenance of system solutions
  • Design and testing of systems and preparation of system specifications
  • Communication with business regarding recommendations for system solutions
  • Ensuring system availability and readiness
