Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent
  • Extensive expertise in VMware-based systems (vSphere, Horizon, etc.)
  • Strong network competence including VMware NSX-T
  • Several years of experience working with Windows Server and Desktop environments
  • Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and hardware
  • Experience leading complex infrastructure projects
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement and monitor IT operational measures within the unit
  • Collaborate closely with team members distributing tasks based on experience and skills
  • Regularly engage with the business side to jointly design, plan, and implement approved measures in an agile manner
  • Maintain focus on IT stability, security, and documentation
  • Possibly adapt to evolving tasks as the Armed Forces grow
Required hard skills:
