Main requirements:
  • Education in IT/operations or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with IT operations and confident handling of server environments in both Windows and Linux
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working with scripting languages and command line tools
  • Experience in working with ticketing systems
Responsibilities:
  • Management and maintenance of servers in both local and cloud environments
  • Configuration, troubleshooting and optimization of network solutions
  • Installation, maintenance and lifecycle management of computers and workplaces
  • Ongoing documentation of the IT environment's structure and changes
  • Provide IT support to internal users
  • Planning of IT purchases together with IT manager
