Join a cloud-based IT provider's servicedesk team to support customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems, resolving issues related to Office 365, printers, Active Directory, and IT environments while improving processes.
Main requirements:
  • Strong technical interest with basic IT knowledge
  • Solution-oriented with good analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in technical helpdesk, servicedesk, or customer support is meritorious
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, printers, Active Directory, and other IT environments
  • Guide users and provide technical support
  • Work proactively to improve processes and solutions for customers
