Join Constant Clean as a Support Employee for our weekend support center, providing technical assistance and problem solving in car wash systems.
Main requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, support or operations work
- Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Experienced in handling IT systems and administrative tasks
- Ability to work weekend shifts, daytime and evening per schedule
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls from customers, mainly about car wash systems and treatment plants
- Troubleshoot and guide customers step by step or escalate issues
- Register and follow up cases in system
- Perform administration and documentation tasks
- Collaborate with operations managers and field technicians
Required hard skills:
- Customer support experience
- Technical troubleshooting
- IT systems proficiency
- Administrative skills
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience in operations, alarm centers, technical support or service professions
- Experience in case management
- Knowledge of car wash, service or technical equipment
