Join Constant Clean as a Support Employee for our weekend support center, providing technical assistance and problem solving in car wash systems.
Main requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, support or operations work
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Experienced in handling IT systems and administrative tasks
  • Ability to work weekend shifts, daytime and evening per schedule
Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming calls from customers, mainly about car wash systems and treatment plants
  • Troubleshoot and guide customers step by step or escalate issues
  • Register and follow up cases in system
  • Perform administration and documentation tasks
  • Collaborate with operations managers and field technicians
