This full-time role involves assisting with installation, maintenance, and user support of packaged corporate security solutions, collaborating with field technicians, sales, and project managers.
Main requirements:
  • Knowledge of traditional burglar or electrical installation (e.g., wired alarm systems)
  • Experience with technical support both on site and remotely
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical advice and support for the user platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Offer technical support to subcontractors during installation
  • Train and support colleagues such as sales, project managers, and other internal staff
  • Conduct basic presentations for end customers
Required hard skills:
  • Traditional burglar alarm installation or electrical installation knowledge
  • Technical support experience on-site and remote
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
Recommended hard skills:
  • Knowledge of alarm.com platform
  • Experience with hardware such as Climac, IQ4, or IQ Pro
  • Knowledge in IP cameras, video analytics, access control/door systems
  • Network knowledge (wired and wireless)
