Service Works Global (SWG) delivers innovative property management systems to both public and private sectors. The Facilitate platform serves as a customer portal and central platform for property management. SWG is enhancing integration between product areas, creating an opportunity to develop a more technical, proactive support function with greater ownership of cases. The Facilitate team, based in Eskilstuna and partially remote, values engagement, openness, and development. As a Support Technician, you will handle user support and system-related issues within a complex IT system covering both 1st- and 2nd-line support. Responsibilities include managing customer support cases, troubleshooting, and contributing to documentation and improvement of support processes. The role involves close work with the development team and internal functions to build structure, processes, and clear roles. Candidates should have technical interest, problem-solving skills, responsibility, excellent communication, and a cooperative spirit. Experience with support or IT-related roles is required; knowledge of SQL, programming, complex systems, and Jira is advantageous.
