Seeking an experienced IT helpdesk/support technician with strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft products, PC, and technical troubleshooting to join a leading IT and telephony company. The role involves providing IT support to customers through phone, email, and remote control, ensuring functional IT workplaces and assisting with various technical tasks.
Main requirements:
  • A couple of years experience working in an IT servicedesk/helpdesk
  • Good knowledge in Windows and Microsoft's product portfolio, PC, and technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to communicate fluently both orally and in writing in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support to customers with IT support agreements
  • Solve technical problems ranging from installing mail programs to setting up virtual machines for servers
  • Support customers via phone, email, and remote control from the office
