Support Technician at a client in Stockholm

We are looking for an IT Support Technician who enjoys customer contact and finds service and IT support stimulating. The position is a consultancy assignment starting as soon as possible until September 30, 2025, with possibility of extension. The work is full-time and performed at the client's premises in Solna, Stockholm. You should be able to work most of the summer, with limited possibility for short vacations (not during weeks 27-30).
Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education with IT focus or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years experience in IT user support
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and/or 11, Active Directory, Exchange and MS Office
  • Experience working with incident management systems
  • Experience handling and administering mobile phones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish
Responsibilities:
  • Provide good service via telephone and face-to-face encounters
  • Handle orders for computers and peripherals
  • Distribute equipment, exchange computers and monitors
  • Assist office users with troubleshooting, screen issues, and spare accessories
  • Support conference room technology (troubleshooting and meeting assistance)
  • Participate in first and second line IT support, receive and register cases
  • Work with Jira incident management system
  • Handle account management in Active Directory (unlock accounts etc.)
  • Administer Exchange environment
  • Install computers and perform troubleshooting
  • Manage mobile phones using MDM
  • Write instructions, quick guides, routines and documentation
