Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience mastering and educating users in IT systems
  • Ability to quickly understand and master IT management systems if not previously worked with vehicle management systems
  • Experience in planning, leading, driving, and following up on technical matters
  • Relevant higher education in IT or system science or equivalent experience
  • Good communication skills and ability to adapt training to target groups
  • Self-driven and cooperative with many contact points
Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional support and handle user inquiries in the FFS system
  • Develop content for the user portal and training materials
  • Conduct training sessions for users
  • Participate in requirements handling and system function testing
  • Document and update system and user documentation
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with IT systems and user training
  • Planning and leading IT-related processes
