Main requirements:
  • PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering Physics with focus on data analysis, AI reliability or human-robot interaction.
  • Practical experience in computer science.
  • Strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Investigate factors that may undermine the reliability of data and models used in human-robot interaction.
  • Develop and validate an AI reliability model addressing bias and ensuring safety for transparency.
  • Collaborate with partners to improve the reliability model by mitigating risks related to large language models (LLMs).
  • Disseminate research results through peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
Required hard skills:
  • PhD-level expertise in relevant fields.
  • Experience in data analysis and AI reliability.
  • Ability to develop and validate AI models.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with AI-reliability topics such as fairness, privacy, explainability, or security.
  • Experience with machine learning, causal inference, image processing, human-robot interaction, or large language models.
  • Experience analyzing multimodal data (text, sensors, images, etc.).
