Seeking an experienced Solution Architect to contribute to a major transformation involving both business and IT evolution, focusing on translating target architecture into sustainable, business-driven solutions.
Main requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience as a solution architect
  • Background in the insurance industry with good understanding of regulations and processes
  • Experience working at the intersection between enterprise architecture and solution architecture
  • Experience designing hybrid and cloud-based solutions and implementing standard systems
  • Focus on reusability, automation, and process optimization
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic solutions
Responsibilities:
  • Design solutions that support both short-term and long-term goals
  • Translate target architecture into concrete deliverables
  • Provide holistic perspectives and ensure technical direction
  • Work iteratively from current state to future state in complex environments
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and communicate technical concepts effectively
