An experienced Solution Architect role within Kappahl Group's Transformation & IT department to lead projects delivering best-fit technology solutions aligned with architectural guidelines and IT strategy. The role involves collaboration in a hybrid environment with business, IT partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, cost-effective, and high-performing solutions, contributing to architectural forums and shaping the IT roadmap within a diverse and inclusive culture focused on innovation and continuous learning.
Main requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, ideally within retail or customer-centric industries.
- Good understanding of enterprise architecture and integration.
- Experience with one or more of: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, e-commerce, CRM, leading complex system integrations.
- Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with agile project and development methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with a collaborative approach to ensure architectural quality and business value.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Swedish with experience in an international context.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects towards best-fit technical solutions aligned with Kappahl Group’s architectural guidelines and IT strategy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT partners, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable, cost-effective, and high-performing solutions.
- Contribute to architectural forums and help shape the long-term IT roadmap.
- Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team and enterprise architecture practice.
