Main requirements:
  • Structured and proactive with an architectural holistic view and ability to see interactions in a larger context
  • Creative and solution-oriented, proactively proposing ideas and leading solution discussions
  • Strong interpersonal skills creating trust, building collaboration and persuasive communication in both technical and cross-functional groups
  • Several years’ professional experience as an IT architect/solution architect within IT system development in a large organization
  • Experience defining and delivering IT solutions based on strategy, business processes and operational requirements
  • Experience leading architectural topics in IT projects or IT management
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Higher education in computer science or equivalent competence
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements from strategic, tactical and operational perspectives
  • Lead and drive IT solution development related to capability realization from both business and technical perspectives meeting quality standards
  • Ensure solutions comply with Svenska kraftnät’s target architecture standards, architectural principles and IT security architecture and fit within the IT environment
  • Communicate and anchor recommended solutions and choices with relevant stakeholders at strategic and operational levels
  • Own the architectural views for capabilities and sub-capabilities including scenario descriptions/use cases and solution design (architecture descriptions)
  • Play a key role in developing IT system development capabilities focusing on development platforms and tools
  • Support, guide and foster collaboration among development teams to enhance knowledge sharing and innovation
Required hard skills:
  • IT architecture and system development experience
  • Defining and delivering IT solutions aligned with business strategy
  • Leading architecture-related work in IT projects or management
  • Agile working methods
  • Swedish and English language proficiency
