Experienced Software Project Manager needed for active safety products in automotive software development. Role involves leading software design, requirement development and management, verification, managing diverse international teams, risk and supply chain management, ensuring project delivery under software development standards.
Main requirements:
  • 15+ years of work experience in software development.
  • MSc or BSc degree or equivalent in Engineering, IT or related fields.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Documented experience with C/C++ programming.
  • Experience in object-oriented and embedded software development.
  • Experience in software test and verification.
  • Use of software configuration management tools such as Doors or Polarion.
  • Use of change management tools such as JIRA.
  • Ability to contribute effectively within short time frames.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead software design, requirements development, requirements management and verification activities (unit tests, HIL, bench testing).
  • Plan, manage and track software projects including requirement changes.
  • Manage risk, error management and supply chain for software projects.
  • Coordinate development teams located in Sweden, India, Germany and Poland and internal project management.
