Tietoevry, the Nordic region's leading IT company specializing in information and communication technology, is expanding its Karlstad site and seeking software developers for embedded systems to develop advanced 5G and 6G telecommunications solutions.
Main requirements:
- A few years of programming experience in C/C++
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Physics
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of radio communication and signaling is strongly meritorious
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain embedded software solutions for telecommunications
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and customers worldwide
- Participate in agile development with three-week sprints
- Engage in problem-solving, programming, testing, and documenting software components
Required hard skills:
- Programming in C and C++
- Experience with real-time programming
- Familiarity with tools like Git, Eclipse, Jira, Gerrit, Jenkins
