Main requirements:
- Design and develop scalable developer tooling and automation frameworks
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery efficiency
- Analyze and resolve software workflow bottlenecks
- Collaborate closely with development teams to improve workflows and code quality
- Champion best practices in software development, testing, deployment and DevSecOps
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain developer tools and automation frameworks
- Optimize and ensure reliability of CI/CD pipelines
- Identify and solve bottlenecks in software workflows
- Collaborate with teams to streamline development processes
- Promote and maintain high standards in software development and deployment
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic roadmaps (for experienced candidates)
Required hard skills:
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Zuul, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
- Version control systems like Git and Gerrit
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Linux development environment
- Software build systems especially Bazel and/or BuildBarn
- Configuration management
- Software development security practices including DevSecOps and SDLC
Recommended hard skills:
- Infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- SIL/HIL environments and simulation tools (CANoe, MATLAB, Simulink, TargetLink)
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety standards
- Experience with code-signing and cybersecurity
