Main requirements:
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to work in rotating three-shift schedules (morning, afternoon, night).
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer incidents, requests, and service inquiries.
  • Respond to alerts from monitoring systems.
  • Coordinate daily activities for cybersecurity technicians.
  • Manage hardware exchanges for customers.
  • Help develop work routines and processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Present the servicedesk to customers.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
