Xensam is seeking a Service Delivery Engineer to ensure smooth delivery, configuration, and support of AI-powered Software Asset Management solutions. The role involves end-to-end technical delivery, collaboration with sales, support, and product teams, customer technical advisory, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.
Main requirements:
  • 3–5 years in software development, service delivery, or customer-facing engineering roles
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript programming
  • Understanding of REST APIs and API-based integrations using JSON
  • Working knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT
  • Comfortable using ticketing and collaboration platforms
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the end-to-end technical delivery of the platform or services to customers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams for onboarding and configuration
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients post-sale
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents or performance issues
  • Monitor delivery SLAs and report on service health and incident trends
  • Document processes, deployment configurations, and best practices
  • Continuously improve reliability, scalability, and customer experience
Required hard skills:
  • JavaScript programming
  • REST API consumption, debugging, and troubleshooting with JSON
  • Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) querying and inspection
  • Authentication protocols: OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT
