Server Technician (VMware)

As a Server Technician specializing in VMware at Teracom, you will work with critical IT infrastructure, managing and developing a hybrid IT environment focusing on security and availability. This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility, influence technical choices, and broaden skills in cloud, virtualization, and data center technologies.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience with VMware and Windows Server, preferably in larger environments
  • Experience with clusters, VCenter, and Power CLI
  • Swedish or Nordic citizenship due to security clearance requirements
  • Willingness to undergo drug test, background check, and security screening
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain environments focused on VMware and Windows Server
  • Script and automate recurring tasks
  • Troubleshoot and handle complex incidents in the IT environment
  • Collaborate with other IT departments such as networking, security, and development
