Senior Test Leader at Project Office

We are looking for a senior test leader to join our project office at Martin & Servera to develop test strategies and ensure quality across our projects, contributing to our continued digital journey in the food and beverage delivery sector.
Main requirements:
- Relevant academic education or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience as a test leader, preferably from larger organizations or complex projects
- Experience in developing and implementing test strategies
- Experience in requirement setting and project management
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally
- Good communication skills and structured with easy collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test strategies for projects and initiatives
- Lead and plan testing activities in both large and small projects
- Ensure requirement setting and quality assurance in cooperation with project managers and business stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of processes and work methods in testing and quality assurance
