Senior Software Test Engineer – Android Infotainment

A position for a Senior Software Test Engineer to work on Android infotainment systems integrated with vehicle functions, designing and executing tests, and collaborating in an agile team environment.
Main requirements:
- Experience in testing automotive or embedded systems
- Proficiency with Jira, CANoe, and CANalyzer
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Valid B driver's license and confidence driving test vehicles
Responsibilities:
- Test Android infotainment applications integrated with vehicle systems such as climate control, charging, and settings
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases across multiple hardware platforms
- Identify, document, and report software bugs accurately
- Ensure traceability between test cases, requirements, and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and QA colleagues in an agile environment
- Operate and test in-vehicle systems including hands-on validation and vehicle usage
Required hard skills:
- Automotive or embedded system testing
- Using Jira for issue tracking
- Using CANoe and CANalyzer tools
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS)
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, FlexRay, vehicle diagnostics
Soft skills:
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
