Business Consultant in E-Commerce

We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our team who enjoys transforming data into action and helping companies develop their e-commerce. You will work closely with customers, ask the right questions, provide strategic support and guidance, and help deliver better customer experiences by turning data and insights into concrete value-creating actions.
Main requirements:
  • Experience working analytically with tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hotjar, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Content Square, Dynamic Yield, or relevant tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to guide customers, preferably from previous consulting roles.
  • Experience leading growth initiatives for e-commerce companies, either internally or as an external partner.
  • Practical working style and curiosity that drives exploration and testing of new possibilities.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Must have a valid work visa as relocation to Sweden is not offered.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to understand and improve their e-commerce business.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to customers to enhance customer journeys and experiences.
  • Analyze customer data and insights and translate them into actionable, value-creating initiatives.
  • Collaborate daily with a global customer experience team across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the UK, and other countries.
  • Lead or contribute to growth initiatives for e-commerce clients.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with analytical tools such as GA4, Hotjar, GTM, Content Square, Dynamic Yield or similar.
  • Strong communication and customer guidance skills.
  • Experience in leading e-commerce growth initiatives.
