We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join Sopra Steria, Europe's leading consultancy in ServiceNow and digital transformation. This role involves developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high-quality, sustainable technical solutions tailored to our clients' businesses. You will be a key player in strategic and operational team deliveries, working with the largest and most qualified ServiceNow consultancy group in Scandinavia.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in development and implementation within ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and good understanding of web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
  • Experience working with modules like ITSM, ITOM, HR, or SecOps.
  • Ability to lead technical dialogues and workshops with clients.
  • Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure technical quality and best practices in solutions.
  • Act as advisor to clients regarding technical solutions and platform development.
  • Lead technical workshops and requirements gathering with clients.
  • Collaborate with process owners and other roles to ensure comprehensive solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize existing solutions and identify improvement areas.
