We are looking for a Senior Developer specializing in ServiceNow to join Sopra Steria AB in Malmö. The role involves developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring top technical quality, and collaborating closely with customers and internal teams. Sopra Steria is Europe's leading consultancy in ServiceNow and digital transformation with a large, expert team.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in development and implementation within ServiceNow
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript
  • Good understanding of web technologies such as HTML and CSS
  • Experience working with ITSM, ITOM, HR, or SecOps modules
  • Ability to lead technical dialogues and workshops with clients
  • Relevant academic background in IT or equivalent
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Ensure technical quality and best practices in solutions
  • Act as advisor to clients regarding technical solutions and platform development
  • Lead technical workshops and requirement gathering with clients
  • Collaborate with process leaders and other roles to ensure holistic solutions
  • Analyze and optimize existing solutions and identify areas for improvement
