A senior developer role focused on designing and implementing high-quality, sustainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform for customers, within a leading European consulting company specialized in digital transformation.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of development and implementation experience within ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and good understanding of web technologies like HTML and CSS.
  • Experience working with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, or SecOps.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and workshops with customers.
  • Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure technical quality and best practices in solutions.
  • Act as advisor to customers on technical solutions and platform development.
  • Lead technical workshops and requirements gathering with customers.
  • Collaborate with process leaders and other roles to ensure comprehensive solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize existing solutions and identify improvement areas.
