Seeking a senior project manager to lead business-oriented IT projects focusing on traveler flows, data-driven analytics, and business value. The role involves leading and coordinating initiatives in an organization where customer flows, digitalization, and data quality are central to developing offerings and increasing revenue. Acts as a link between technology teams, business units, analytics, and external parties.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant academic degree
  • Proven experience as a project manager within IT or business development with successful results
  • Understanding of traveler/customer flows, mobility or logistics
  • Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders and demands from various business units
  • Experience with data-driven decision making, analysis, and visualization
  • Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions and vice versa
  • Highly independent while also able to collaborate effectively
  • Driven and customer-oriented with strong feedback and documentation habits
  • Strong leadership skills to foster a positive and creative work climate enabling collaboration, communication and timely delivery within budget and scope with high quality
  • Strong competence in project management methodologies and ability to adapt and follow company internal processes
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate projects at the intersection of business and IT
  • Improve and visualize traveler flows and customer journeys using data
  • Identify and manage data quality issues impacting decisions and customer experience
  • Collaborate with business units, IT, business development, and external suppliers
  • Contribute to developing a more data-driven organization
  • Translate analyses and insights into concrete improvement measures and business initiatives
  • Report to steering groups and other stakeholders
