Seeking experienced and driven senior project managers to lead and drive projects in product areas such as generators, simulators, batteries, and chargers. The role involves managing projects nationally and internationally, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. The project manager will work closely with sales during bidding, define system architecture with product managers, and lead a skilled team through development and delivery.
Main requirements:
  • Experience as a project manager in manufacturing industry, preferably international environment.
  • Technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and automation fields.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects within budget, time, and delivery plans.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Possession of a B driver's license due to required travel.
  • Experience or interest in the defense sector is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion including planning, work distribution, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with sales and product management in bidding and defining system architecture.
  • Ensure projects meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Manage project budget and resources effectively.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
  • Coach and develop team members to their full potential.
  • Contribute to business development in the area.
