The Military Intelligence and Security Service (Must) seeks an experienced professional to work on the design, development, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. The role focuses on lifecycle management, developing and maintaining secure IT solutions, technical project management, architecture, and collaboration with operations to ensure effective information management.
Main requirements:
- Academic or post-secondary education in networking, data communications, information systems or equivalent knowledge deemed comparable by the employer
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and manage secure communication and network infrastructure solutions
- Participate in technical project management, planning, and operational support
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues and support other office operations
- Contribute to effective short- and long-term information management
- Undertake on-call duties and possible travel
Required hard skills:
- Network and data communication knowledge
- Design and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Experience with IP-based networks
- Router, switch, and firewall configuration
- VPN and log management
- DHCP and DNS development
- Technical project management
- Information and IT security knowledge
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with videoconferencing (VTC), audiovisual (AV) solutions, and IP telephony
- Experience with automation tools and development

- Experience with IT infrastructure in the Swedish Armed Forces or other total defense authorities
- Cisco product certifications
- Driver's license class B
