Senior IT Project Manager

The Royal Institute of Technology's IT department seeks an experienced project manager to lead development and implementation of innovative solutions and change projects in a dynamic academic environment.
Main requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • At least 10 years experience in driving large development and implementation projects.
  • At least 5 years experience in project management with significant change management components.
  • Documented experience in digital transformation and digitization.
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
Responsibilities:
  • Independently lead small and large development and implementation projects focusing on technological solutions and changed work practices.
  • Responsible for ongoing follow-up, reporting to steering groups and management, evaluation, and improvement actions.
  • Plan and implement change initiatives with clear communication and broad engagement of stakeholders.
  • Act as communication hub between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Coach and support colleagues in project management and change management.
  • Build effective project teams that deliver successful projects through good collaboration.
  • Plan, lead, and follow up workshops related to process mapping and risk analysis.
  • Coordinate requirements management including needs collection activities and regulatory compliance.
