Senior HVAC Project Manager

Lead and manage projects involving customized refrigeration and HVAC/R systems, ensuring technical design, coordination, and delivery while supporting procurement, product development, and sales teams.
Main requirements:
  • University degree in engineering or equivalent in mechanical, refrigeration, HVAC, or energy technology
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, or other 3D CAD software
  • Strong general computer skills with digital tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and systematically
  • Strong results orientation and multitasking capabilities
  • Genuine interest in energy-efficient systems and natural refrigerants
Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects focused on customized refrigeration and HVAC/R systems from concept to delivery
  • Perform technical design and calculations for tailored refrigeration solutions
  • Liaise with classification societies, customers, and suppliers to ensure compliance and coordination
  • Monitor in-house and external production progress ensuring quality and deadlines
  • Support procurement activities related to assigned projects
  • Contribute to product development initiatives focusing on sustainability and innovation
  • Collaborate with sales teams providing quotation support and technical input
  • Prepare technical drawings and documentation for sales and production teams
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites, suppliers, and production units as required
Required hard skills:
  • Engineering degree in relevant field
