Responsibilities:
  • Act as Functional Consultant within InStore Checkout team focusing on hardware integration
  • Collaborate to define and document Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
  • Develop, review, and refine FDDs aligned with project and business needs
  • Ensure effective integration between Dynamics 365 Commerce and retail hardware
  • Support hardware implementation and configuration for in-store solutions
  • Work on POS integration and Store Commerce App deployment to improve retail operations
