Senior Dynamics CRM Developer

A senior Dynamics CRM developer position to support and further develop a central CRM solution (SeKund) for a transport-based customer. The role involves advanced development, maintenance and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise), working closely in an agile SCRUM team with focus on B2C and B2B environments.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years experience in advanced Microsoft Dynamics CRM development for B2C
  • Documented experience managing and configuring Dynamics CRM for both B2C and B2B
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM on-premise installation
  • Minimum 7 years experience developing and maintaining API solutions for Dynamics CRM
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills within Dynamics CRM and integrations including API libraries
  • Participation in at least three major CRM projects focused on B2C
  • Experience with public or municipal customer systems and case management systems is a strong merit
  • Experience with agile methods and Azure DevOps
Responsibilities:
  • Advanced development and maintenance of MS Dynamics CRM solutions within B2C and B2B
  • Implementation and maintenance of API integrations with internal and external systems
  • Advanced troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM and related integration solutions
  • Configuration and customization of the CRM solution including Click Dimensions
  • Participation in agile development processes and planning using Azure DevOps
