Looking to work as a Functional Solution Architect within D365? We have the most projects within Dynamics 365 in the Nordics and are growing fast – now we want to be even more! We are seeking a Functional Solution Architect (FSA) with knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will belong to one of our central offices in Malmö, Göteborg or Stockholm, but we also offer remote work, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of financial knowledge at the group level from international companies, understanding the client's entire process.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365.
  • Clear communication skills both externally and internally.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with implementation and some administration within Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Help customers optimize their business processes.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, coaching them on strategies and defining KPIs crucial for developing their business.
  • Work together with a competent team of consultants, solution architects, and project managers.
  • Divide time between office or remote work and client locations with the project team, creating a varied work environment.
Required hard skills:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise.
  • Strong financial process knowledge at group/international company level.
  • Proficient in defining KPIs and coaching clients on business strategies.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience working in international and complex projects within Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Familiarity with change management practices and training platforms (e.g., Columbus Academy).
Soft skills:
  • Clear and effective communicator.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
  • Customer-oriented and advisory mindset.
  • Self-driven and able to manage both remote and office work environments.
