Senior Change Manager

Lead and manage engineering change processes tailored to modular product structures and HVDC projects, driving a centralized change approach across product and project portfolios. Collaborate across functions to facilitate change governance and support organizational transformation from Engineer-to-Order to Configure-to-Order delivery models.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Product Development, or related technical discipline
  • 10+ years experience in engineering change management in complex industrial or modular product environments
  • Proven success in managing change during transitions from Engineer-to-Order to Configure-to-Order or modularization initiatives
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with PLM and ERP systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP
  • Strong facilitation skills to align cross-functional teams and govern change processes
  • Analytical skills including root cause analysis, impact assessment, and process mapping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with PLM workflows and change management dashboards
  • Fluency in English; Swedish is a strong merit
  • Ability to work in hybrid environment with 50% onsite in Ludvika or Västerås
Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and implementation of engineering change processes for modular products and HVDC projects
  • Drive transition from fragmented project-level change handling to centralized product and project portfolio change management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in engineering, product management, supply chain, IT, quality, and project execution
  • Facilitate and manage cross-functional change boards and governance forums
  • Ensure traceability linking features, configurations, requirements, and product baselines with change records
  • Support change readiness initiatives for modularization, product reuse, and standardization
  • Develop and implement KPIs, metrics, and reporting for change efficiency, lead time, and impact
  • Contribute to strategic transformation from Engineer-to-Order to Configure-to-Order delivery models
  • Promote best practices for harmonized change control across complex product and project environments
