An experienced IT Operations Technician is sought for varied and developmental assignments in Gothenburg. The role involves maintaining and developing IT environments, working closely with the client's IT team to ensure stable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, hardware/software installation and upgrades, monitoring systems, and contributing to IT environment improvements. The role requires teamwork, problem-solving, and a service-oriented attitude.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as IT operations technician
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with VMware and cloud services such as Azure
  • Competence in backup management and network administration
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and administrate servers, networks, and applications
  • Manage daily IT operations including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
  • Configure, install, and upgrade hardware and software
  • Monitor IT systems to identify and resolve potential incidents
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving the IT environment
  • Support IT department in incident management and process optimization
