Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, analyzing complex market trends, customer behavior, and business performance across multiple regions. You will lead key analytical projects, mentor junior analysts, and innovate in data analysis and decision-making, working independently with minimal supervision.
Main requirements:
  • 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst with complex data analysis and strategic projects
  • MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Econometrics, Marketing or related field
  • Experience in iGaming industry
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
  • Experience in Python, R or statistical analysis including A/B testing and predictive modeling
  • Deep expertise in data modeling and business intelligence
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights
  • Understanding of data infrastructure and collaboration with data engineers
  • Commitment to improving analytical processes and team deliverables
  • Fluency in English
Responsibilities:
  • Act as trusted analytical partner to senior stakeholders and country managers
  • Lead detailed analyses to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and reports tracking key metrics
  • Drive innovation in data analysis and propose new methodologies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and infrastructure improvements
  • Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies
  • Translate complex data into actionable regional business insights
  • Mentor junior analysts and ensure quality deliverables
  • Own and lead resolution of complex domain problems implementing best practices
  • Build strategic internal and external relationships for knowledge and best practices
