Senior Backend Developer – SaaS product with complex data flows

We are looking for an experienced backend developer to play a central role in developing a scalable B2B platform for automation, integration, and digitalization in a traditional industry.
Main requirements:
  • 3–5 years experience in backend development, especially Python
  • Experience building modern, distributed systems
  • Experience with asynchronous programming and API design
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Interest in business-oriented development and creating technical solutions simplifying complex workflows
Responsibilities:
  • Develop backend logic in a growing system with high demands on availability, performance, and flexibility
  • Lead own development projects independently and in teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues from product, sales, and support to identify areas for improvement
  • Help scale the technical platform as the user base grows
Required hard skills:
