Main requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team, plan and drive work forward without prestige
- Good cooperation skills, helpfulness, and courteous behavior
- Goal- and results-oriented with responsibility to deliver best possible results even with unclear or unspoken requirements
- Structured and methodical work approach, initiative-driven, and improvement minded
- Good ability to understand and analyze complex issues and problems, analyze information flows, see connections and make decisions
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent relevant work experience
- Several years of current and relevant work experience as a Scrum Master
Responsibilities:
- Lead two agile teams working according to the SAFe framework
- Conduct agile ceremonies
- Facilitate teams in achieving goals and deliveries through guidance and coaching
- Set daily priorities and lead planning sessions
- Actively facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration within teams
- Responsible for monitoring capacity, delivery, operations, team development and knowledge sharing
- Create a culture that engages and brings out the best in each team member
Required hard skills:
- Experience as Scrum Master in agile environments using SAFe framework
- IT infrastructure knowledge
- Experience with integrations platforms and system development
- Knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL, and/or Splunk
