Main requirements:

  • Experience as a requirements analyst or similar role
  • Experience working in agile methodologies
  • Experience facilitating workshops and effective meetings
  • Strong proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, analyze, and specify requirements closely with business and IT
  • Document requirements clearly and independently as well as collaboratively
  • Structure and break down needs into development-ready items in cooperation with development teams
  • Ensure requirements meet acceptance criteria
  • Participate in incident management when needed
  • Present results tailored to different audience needs
Required hard skills:
  • Requirements gathering and documentation in agile environments
  • Use of process, concept, and information models
  • Workshop facilitation and meeting leadership
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience as Business Architect in PEGA
  • PCBA certification and/or other PEGA certifications
  • Experience as IT project manager or technical project manager
  • Experience working in large and technically complex organizations
  • Knowledge of process modeling and modeling tools
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • SAFe certification or experience working in SAFe framework
