Main requirements:
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in mobile app testing
- Genuine passion for software quality and testing
- Experience in agile software development environment
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with data analysis, basic SQL knowledge, and handling data dashboards
- Hands-on experience in UI test automation on Android, iOS, and Web platforms
- Experience with Android testing frameworks like Espresso or Appium
- Experience with Backend testing
- Programming skills to identify and communicate code issues effectively
- Excellent manual testing skills
- Experience with JIRA and issue/project tracking tools
- Familiarity with Android Studio and Xcode (optional)
- Experience with tools like Postman, Charles Proxy or similar
- Experience with Firebase Crashlytics
- Experience with version control tools like GitHub and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions
Responsibilities:
- Manage app releases across various platforms
- Communicate and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams regarding weekly releases
- Drive initiatives to enable or improve the Release Delivery process
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies into the release process
- Maintain and improve CI pipelines
- Onboard engineers to the release process
- Develop and document app release strategies and flows
- Identify test activities and dependencies across backend and frontend to ensure end-to-end quality
- Coordinate and coach developer involvement in test activities
- Monitor app vitals and manage issue escalations
- Automate test cases for faster and reliable regression coverage
- Automate release workflows
- Ensure all team deliverables meet agreed quality levels and acceptance criteria before task closure
