Lead and ensure successful implementation of Product Maintenance activities for Saab's world-leading support weapons portfolio, coordinating priorities and deliveries from minor changes to major maintenance projects.
Main requirements:
  • Experience as a project manager with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Understanding of industrial series production.
  • Experience in product management, product development, or similar roles.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage resources effectively.
  • Ability to work in a strategic, collaborative, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Security clearance approval according to current regulations, possibly requiring specific citizenship.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the implementation of Product Maintenance for the product portfolio of support weapons.
  • Ensure prioritization and delivery of all activities ranging from minor changes to major maintenance projects.
  • Work closely with product and case managers and maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to ensure delivery fulfillment.
  • Manage resources confidently and maintain structured and demand-driven project execution.
  • Influence working methods and task distribution within the growing organization.
