We are looking for a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master with a background in system development to join our agile teams in Kiruna. We assist customers in selecting the right systems and deliver solutions directly to end users in the industry, including from advanced web systems to mobile applications used in the field and mines. Our deliveries and teams focus on translating customer needs into effective IT support, emphasizing responsiveness, curiosity, communication, and business acumen, working with agile project management and development. As a Project Manager or Scrum Master, you will strategize, plan, and manage software development deliveries end-to-end, ensuring the development team meets customer needs on time. You will lead projects with multiple stakeholders and collaborate closely with various roles such as business developers, UX designers, system architects, developers, and customers. Responsibilities include planning, leading, coordinating assignments, driving change management, helping customers select and implement new systems, and leading investigations and mappings with engineers. Experience as IT project manager or Scrum Master, and knowledge of Swedish basic industry or mining is meritorious.
