Main requirements:
  • Extensive professional experience in a technical role, preferably within electronics production or equivalent.
  • Customer-focused with a drive for finding smart technical solutions and working in a collaborative, solution-oriented manner.
  • Technically interested and comfortable discussing technical solutions with diverse contacts.
  • Positive, humble, curious personality with energy derived from social networking and building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Structured work approach and self-driven.
  • Experience using the business system Pyramid and good computer proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish, Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid category B driving license.
  • Knowledge and experience in environmental and health impact in production environments.
  • Business acumen with ability to build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Advising customers on electronics production processes and technical solutions focusing on process optimization and support.
  • Guiding customers through Matronic’s processes to find optimal technical solutions in a trustworthy and present manner.
  • Engaging in continuous onsite customer activities to foster long-term, solution-focused development.
  • Identifying and pursuing potential new customers in various segments.
  • Managing customer relationships in assigned geographic area in Sweden, Finland and Baltics.
  • Representing Matronic at trade shows and events as required.
Required hard skills:
  • Deep knowledge of electronics production or equivalent technical expertise.
  • Computer and system proficiency, including familiarity with business system Pyramid.
  • Experience in environmental and health impact within production settings.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience and knowledge in consumables such as solder paste, potting compounds, coatings and cleaning fluids.
  • Experience from electronics production valued highly.
