Elektron builds state-of-the-art electronic music instruments and is seeking a Project Manager to oversee product development projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, while leading cross-functional teams.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum two years’ experience in Project Management
  • Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Product Development, or similar experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to challenge and take decisions
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Commitment to Continuous Improvement
  • Proven effective leadership qualities
  • Fluent spoken Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure development projects are executed on time, with quality and within budget
  • Develop Project Management function and oversee Product Lifecycle Process from ideas to End-Of-Life
  • Constantly improve project processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and strong team dynamics
