Project Manager at the Unit for Digitalization and Innovation

Lead and manage digital development projects as part of the strategic digitalization for the Specialpedagogiska Skolmyndigheten, collaborating closely with core operations, IT unit, and external suppliers to create accessible learning environments and innovative digital solutions.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from university or college relevant to the work, e.g., technology, information systems, digitalization, or business development
- At least three years of experience in project management of digital development projects
- At least three years of experience leading agile teams including solution architects, designers, developers, and testers
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
- Ability to understand both user and organizational needs as well as technical solutions
- Documented experience working both strategically and practically with business development through digitalization
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish or Swedish sign language
- Good ability to explain technical possibilities and limitations
- Good IT skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive digital development projects
- Identify and describe project goals and expected effects, develop roadmaps and project plans
- Lead agile teams
- Conduct workshops for requirements gathering
- Participate in procurement processes
- Lead meetings with suppliers to specify, estimate, discuss, order, and follow up development and solutions
- Coordinate and plan alongside parallel projects
- Follow up and communicate project progress and results to steering groups and receiving departments
- Plan testing activities
- Receive deliveries and ensure they meet expectations
- Plan training and rollout, participate in change management
- Prepare for handover to operational management
