Kollmorgen Automation AB is seeking a Product Owner to join their Operations & Visualization team, working on real-time software to visualize system and vehicle performance for automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). The role includes close collaboration with customers to prioritize features and may expand to owning products in desktop applications for system design and setup. The Product Owner will maximize product value by managing backlogs, aligning development with company strategy, ensuring transparency, and supporting the development team.
Main requirements:
- Academic degree in Software Engineering, IT Management or similar
- 3+ years experience as Product Owner for software products
- Experience developing or managing web and cloud applications
- Experience managing customer interactions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
- Break down epics into features, prioritize and maintain team backlog
- Balance new feature development with architectural work and research
- Focus on product value from customer input while supporting technical delivery
- Align tasks with company strategy and product portfolio vision
- Maintain transparency and efficient cross-functional communication
